Prepayment:For reserved rooms we ask for a prepayment of € 250.00 per room per week to be transferred to us, with no handling charge for the recipient.
The rooms are only fully reserved after this payment has been made.

Cancellation conditions
Booking conditions apply according to Austrian Hotel Regulations- Cancellations up to a latest point of 3 months before the day of arrival: No cancellation fee
- Up to a latest point of 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the entire agreed price
- Up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the entire agreed price
- In the last week or for a non-arrival ("no show"): 90% of the entire agreed price
For fixed room reservations the room price excluding catering will be charged in the case of late arrival or premature departure.
