The rooms are only fully reserved after this payment has been made.

Cancellation conditions

Booking conditions apply according to Austrian Hotel Regulations

Cancellations up to a latest point of 3 months before the day of arrival: No cancellation fee
Up to a latest point of 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the entire agreed price
Up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the entire agreed price
In the last week or for a non-arrival ("no show"): 90% of the entire agreed price

For fixed room reservations the room price excluding catering will be charged in the case of late arrival or premature departure.

We recommend that you take out insurance through the Europäische Reiseversicherung travel insurance company.
